Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Emporia account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your item and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous postage markings.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
